Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Aamir Khan #153 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Fast 5K with strong middle kilometres Aamir ran 5.00 km in 19:12, averaging 3:50/km. He finished 219th of 5,624, placing him in roughly the top 4% overall. Among men, he was 104th, and he took 28th in the male 3135 division. In a large evening 5K through Canary Wharf, that is a solid result with strong depth in the field. His pacing was controlled and consistent: 3:56, 3:48, 3:49, 3:47, 3:54 per km. The strongest stretch came from km 2 to km 4, where he moved up from 296th at 1 km to 206th at 4 km, gaining 90 places. The final kilometre was 7 seconds slower than his quickest, so the clearest opportunity is to hold that km 24 rhythm a little longer over the closing kilometre.
