Quick Start, Then Mostly Steady Through 5K Jasynda covered 5.00 km in 28:16, averaging 5:39/km. She opened fast with a 5:09 first kilometre, then settled into a narrow range across the remaining 4 km: 5:45, 5:46, 5:55, and 5:42. That gave her just 46 seconds between fastest and slowest kilometres, a solid sign of control after the opening surge. In a field of 5,624, she finished 2,066th overall, 641st female, and 128th in the Female 3135 division. The clearest coaching note is pacing: the first kilometre was 33 seconds quicker than her overall average, and the middle kilometres then eased back. A slightly more even start could help her hold pace deeper into the run. At this evening Canary Wharf 5K, she still closed stronger in the final kilometre than in kilometre 4.
