Steady 5K with a Strong Early Rhythm Luiza ran 5.00 km in 30:20, averaging 6:04/km. She finished 898th female out of a field of 5,624 overall participants, with a solid opening 2 km: 5:57 for the first kilometre and 5:53 for the second. That put her through 2 km in 11:50 at 5:55/km, her quickest sustained section of the race. From 2 km onward, pace eased to 6:12, 6:18, then a rebound to 6:01 in the final kilometre. That late pickup is a good sign and shows she still had finishing strength. The main opportunity is to hold the 2 km rhythm deeper into the middle of the race, which would bring the overall average down. In a fast evening 5K through Canary Wharf, that combination of early speed and a closing response stands out.
