Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Sinny Wei #2161 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Strong Finish and Well-Paced Final 2K Sinny covered 5.00 km in 28:41, averaging 5:44/km. She finished 220th in the Female 2630 division and 689th among women, moving through a field of 5,624 overall. In a fast evening 5K through Canary Wharf, her closing speed stood out. Her opening kilometre was 5:25, then she settled through 23 km at 6:32 and 6:13. The key stat was the finish: 5:36 for the fourth kilometre and a fastest final kilometre of 4:58. From 1 km to the finish, she improved overall place from 2722 to 2164, a gain of 558 spots, and 103 places in her division. If she can hold the 45 km rhythm a little earlier, that would likely bring her overall average down further.
