Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Jasmine Khalique #3084 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Strong Finish with Progressive Closing Speed Jasmine covered 5.00 km in 32:25, averaging 6:29/km. Her pacing improved well across the second half: after opening with 6:36 and 6:29, she ran 6:46 at 3 km, then finished with her quickest kilometres of 6:20 and 6:16. That late push brought her final average back down and shows solid finishing strength. She placed 213rd in the female 1825 division, 1148th female, and 2920th overall out of 5624. A useful next step is aiming for a more even middle section, as matching her closing pace earlier could lower the overall time. Run The Wharfs fast evening 5K through Canary Wharf suited a strong close, and she clearly finished with purpose.
