Her quickest kilometre was km 2 in 4:13, and she stayed tightly grouped overall with splits of 4:19, 4:13, 4:21, 4:31, and 4:19. This was a controlled performance on a quick evening 5K through Canary Wharf. The standout stat is how well she recovered after km 4, finishing with a 4:19 final kilometre to match her opening pace. From a coaching perspective, the main opportunity is maintaining the km 13 rhythm deeper into the race; holding closer to that 4:17/km range through km 4 would likely move the overall time down further.
