Fast Start, Strong Finish, Solid 5K Execution Liza ran 5.00 km in 24:36, averaging 4:55/km. She placed 260th of 5,624 women overall and 79th in the female 1825 division. Her opening kilometre was the quickest at 4:29/km, and she closed well with a 4:33 final kilometre, showing strong speed at both ends of the race. The middle of the race dipped from 5:16/km to 5:19/km before steadying at 5:01/km through 4 km. That makes the finish especially notable: she regained pace over the last kilometre and moved up 68 places overall from 4 km to the line. In a fast evening 5K through Canary Wharf, that late-race response stands out. For the next race, aiming for a slightly more even effort through kilometres 24 could support an even quicker overall time.
