That places her near the front of a large field, and the division win stands out most. In an evening 5K built for speed through Canary Wharf, she delivered a result with both high placing and strong pace. Her pacing was consistent across each kilometre: 3:43, 3:49, 3:55, 3:57, then back to 3:43. The opening and closing kilometres were her quickest, and she improved her overall position late, moving from 217th at 4 km to 208th at the finish. As a coachs note, the middle 2 km drift was small, but tightening that section could bring the average pace down further.
