Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Cerys Murnane #2138 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick effort with standout speed Cerys covered 0.30 km in 1:40, averaging 5:40/km. Among 5,624 participants, she finished 2,112th overall, 657th among women, and 216th in the womens 2630 division. That pace over a short segment shows strong raw speed. For an evening city event built around fast running through Canary Wharf, this was a sharp effort. The main opportunity now is extending that pace over a longer distance so the speed shown here carries further into future races.
