Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Issy Nash #1980 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Fast start and steady sub-4:53/km finish Issy clocked 24:22 for 5.00 km, averaging 4:52/km at Run The Wharf in Canary Wharfs closed-road evening 5K. She placed 1,137th of 5,624 overall, 245th female, and 87th in the female 2630 category. That puts her inside the top 21% overall and top 19% among women. Her opening kilometre was the quickest at 4:44, followed by 4:53, 5:02, 4:53, and 4:53. After the slight dip in kilometre 3, she reset well and matched her pace across the final 2 km. As a coachs note, the consistency from 3 km onward stands out; a small improvement would be smoothing the effort through the middle kilometre to hold closer to the opening rhythm.
