Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Felicity Greenfield #744 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Fast Start, Steady Middle, Strong Finish for a Top-2% Womens Run Felicity ran 5.00 km in 21:48, averaging 4:21/km. She placed 85th of 2,793 women and 30th in the female 1825 category, while finishing 581st of 5,624 overall. Her opening kilometre was her quickest at 4:13, and she closed well with a 4:18 final kilometre after two 4:30 middle kilometres. The pacing profile was controlled overall: 4:13, 4:20, 4:30, 4:30, 4:18. She gained places early, moving from 606th to 561st by 2 km, then held position well before improving again late. For a faster overall time next outing, the main opportunity is reducing the drop from 2 km through 4 km while keeping that sharp finish. On this Canary Wharf evening 5K, she paired a quick start with a composed close.
