Strong Opening, Best Finish Tiffany completed this evening 5K in 31:38, averaging 6:19/km for 5.00 km. She finished 2784th of 5624 overall, 1064th female, and 330th in the female 2630 division. Her fastest kilometre was the opening 1 km in 5:16, and she closed well with a 5:38 final kilometre. The middle section was the main swing point: after 2 km in 11:15, km 3 was 8:08 and km 4 was 6:38 before the strong finish. That rebound over the last kilometre is a useful positive. As a coachs note, the biggest gain would come from holding the km 2 rhythm deeper into the race. On a fast Friday-night Canary Wharf 5K built around closed roads and central atmosphere, finishing with her second-fastest kilometre stands out.
