Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Robert Khayat #946 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Fast Opening, Solid 5K Rhythm Robert covered 5.00 km in 22:30, averaging 4:30/km at Run The Wharf. He finished 706th of 5,624 overall, placing in the top 13% of the field. Among men, he was 447th, and 143rd in the Male 2630 category. In a closed-road evening 5K built for speed through Canary Wharf, that is a steady, competitive run. His first 2 km were the quickest at 4:24 and 4:23/km, and he improved position from 757th at 1 km to 680th by 3 km. The second half settled slightly to 4:41, 4:32, and 4:32/km, with a final average of 4:30/km. That early pace gave him a strong platform; the main opportunity is to hold the 4:244:23/km rhythm deeper into the race to trim time next outing.
