Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Callum Job #3 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Fast finish secures category win and top-four mens result Callum ran 5.00 km in 15:50, averaging 3:10/km. He finished 34th overall out of 5,624, 4th male, and 1st in the Male 2630 division. Thats a strong combination of category success and high placing in a very large field. Representing AON PLC, he also moved up through the race, improving from 50th overall at 1 km to 34th by the finish. His pacing was notably controlled: 3:12, 3:11, 3:09, 3:15, then 3:05 for the final kilometre. The standout stat is the close from 4 km to 5 km, his quickest segment of the race. From a coaching perspective, that finishing speed suggests there may be scope to press slightly earlier while keeping this same consistency. In an evening 5K built for speed through Canary Wharf, he delivered a sharp, well-managed run.
