Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Yuan Camuseau #3163 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Strong Finish with Progressive Kilometre Splits Yuan ran 5.00 km in 31:26, averaging 6:17/km at Run The Wharf in London. She placed 2,746th of 5,624 overall, 1,039th female, and 203rd in the female 1825 division. In a large evening 5K field, that put her near the middle of the pack overall. Her pacing was the standout stat: 6:23, 6:22, 6:22, 6:18, then 6:03 for the final kilometre. That is a 20-second improvement from first to last kilometre, with the fastest segment saved for the finish. She also moved up steadily through 4 km, reaching 2,679th overall before a small drop late. The closing speed suggests good control early on; next time, aiming to bring that final-kilometre pace forward slightly could help lower the overall time.
