Strong Finish and Top-20 Age-Group Result Tee completed the 5K in 25:16, averaging 5:03/km. He placed 17th in the Male 55+ division and finished 1342nd of 5624 overall. Running with Keolis Amey Docklands, he moved up steadily through the field, improving from 23rd to 17th in his age group across the race. His pacing was consistent: 5:11, 5:04, 5:06, 5:05, then a fastest final kilometre of 4:51. That closing split was 20 seconds quicker than his first kilometre and helped him gain 228 overall places from 1K to the finish. The even middle 3K shows solid control, and the late acceleration suggests there may be scope to press a little earlier while keeping that strong finish.
