Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Manohar Jassi #6283 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Strong Finish Lifted the Overall Result He ran 5.00 km in 23:55, averaging 4:47/km. In a field of 5,624, he finished 1,036th overall, 677th among men, and 199th in the male 2630 division. His opening 2 km was steady at 9:35 total, averaging 4:47/km, and he closed the race with his fastest kilometre at 4:14. The pacing trend was 4:45, 4:51, 5:06, 5:01, then 4:14, showing a very strong final push through the closed-road Canary Wharf 5K. That finish gained nearly 100 places overall from 4 km to the line. As a coachs note, there is clear speed at the end; holding the 3rd and 4th kilometres a little closer to early pace could bring the overall time down further.
