The pacing pattern shows a quick start, a steadier middle section, and a small lift at the finish. She gained places early by 2km, moving from 3,726th to 3,549th overall, before settling through the middle of the race. For the next 5K, a useful target would be to bring the opening kilometre closer to overall pace, which could help make the middle kilometres more even on this fast evening Canary Wharf course.
