Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Lucrezia Lawrance #6465 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf 5K

Fast Finish and Steady 5K Execution She covered 5.00 km in 28:49, averaging 5:45/km at Run The Wharf, finishing 2193rd of 5624. Among women, she was 704th, and 224th in the female 2630 division. That placed her in the top 39% overall, a solid result in a large evening 5K field through Canary Wharf. Her pacing showed a strong middle section and best finish: 1st km in 5:50, 2nd in 5:32, 3rd in 6:07, 4th in 5:54, and 5th in 5:27. The final kilometre was her quickest, 40 seconds faster than the opening km, which is a useful sign of finishing strength. As a coachs note, smoothing out the 3rd and 4th kilometres could bring the overall time down further, especially since she closed so well.
