Her fastest kilometre was the opener in 6:58, then she settled into a consistent middle and late-race rhythm: 7:46, 7:50, 7:56 and 7:51/km. She placed 282nd in the female 1825 category out of a field of 5,624 overall. The standout stat is the gap between her first and slowest kilometre: 58 seconds, showing a strong start followed by a fairly stable pace band across the final 4 km. From 2 km to the finish, every kilometre stayed between 7:46 and 7:56/km. As a coachs note, aiming to bring kilometres 25 a little closer to that opening pace would improve overall time, especially on a fast evening 5K course like Canary Wharf.
