Strong Finish and Top-20 Age-Group Result Rachel completed the 5K in 32:12, averaging 6:26/km. She placed 20th in the Female 55+ division and finished 2880th of 5624 overall, putting her ahead of nearly half the field. Among women, she was 1122nd. Representing Savannah Energy, she delivered a solid run at Run The Wharf, the evening closed-road 5K through Canary Wharf. Her pacing was steady across the first 4km: 6:25, 6:33, 6:36 and 6:36/km, then she closed strongly with her quickest kilometre at 6:03/km. That final-kilometre lift was the standout stat and shows good finishing strength. As a coachs note, holding a little more of that late pace through the middle kilometres could bring down the overall time further.
