Running in Londons evening Run The Wharf, she covered the full distance steadily and finished inside the top third of her age group. Her km splits were 11:49, 11:54, 5:58, and 10:23, before the final partial section to the line. The standout stat was kilometre 3 at 5:58/km, a major lift from the opening 2km pace. She also improved her position from 140th to 117th in her division by 2km before finishing 132nd. As a coachs note, the biggest gain now is building more even pacing across the full 5K so that the strong mid-race speed can carry further into the closing kilometres.
