Strong Mid-Race Recovery and Fast Finish Becky completed the 5K in 35:15, averaging 7:03/km. She covered each kilometre between 6:46/km and 7:22/km, a tight 36-second range that shows steady pacing overall. Her quickest kilometre was km 2 in 6:46, and she closed well with a 6:49 final kilometre. She finished 3,346th of 5,624. After a slower opening kilometre at 7:14/km, she moved up notably by halfway, improving her overall position from 3,548th at 1K to 3,228th at 2K. That response was a strong positive. The main opportunity is to smooth out km 3, which was her slowest at 7:22/km, before she settled back into 7:05/km and 6:49/km for the last two kilometres. In a fast evening 5K through Canary Wharf, that late-race control stands out.
