Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Giovanni Fronteddu #5684 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick speed over a short distance Giovanni covered 0.30 km in 2:13, averaging 7:29 min/km. In the On Speed Zone segment, he passed 9 runners. He placed 65th in the Male 55+ category, 1815th among men, and 3662nd overall out of 5624 participants. This was a brief effort within the evening Canary Wharf race experience, where the focus is often on sharp running through the closed-road city course. The strongest stat here is the pace held across the segment. If targeting gains in similar short sections, a useful next step would be working on sustaining that speed for a longer distance in training.
