Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: William Rivers #7787 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Very fast burst with strong speed-zone output William covered 0.30 km in 2:10, which works out to 7:20/km. He logged 14 On Speed Zone passes, a notable stat over such a short effort and a good sign of quick leg turnover. Among 5,624 participants, he finished 3,610th overall, 1,796th of the men, and 481st in the male 2630 division. This was a brief, high-speed effort within the Friday Night Lights Canary Wharf setting, where the focus is often on pace and energy through the closed-road city course. For future similar efforts, the clearest target is holding that speed across a longer distance while keeping the same turnover.
