Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Jack Copley #1111 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Very short effort with strong relative placing He covered 0.30 km in 1:24, averaging 4:47/km. In the On Speed Zone segment, he passed 32 runners. He finished 997th overall out of 5,624, placing him in the top 18% of the field; 655th of male runners and 197th in the male 2630 category. This was a brief, fast segment rather than a full-race effort, so the most useful markers are pace and positions gained. A sub-4:50/km average over 0.30 km is a solid speed indicator, and 32 passes show he moved well through the field on this closed-road Canary Wharf section. To build on this, the next step is holding that speed over a longer measured segment.
