This was a sharp, fast segment at a quick pace, especially in a closed-road evening event through Canary Wharf. The main coaching note is simply that this result comes from a very short distance, so it is most useful as a marker of raw speed rather than sustained race pacing. If he targets longer events, carrying even part of this turnover deeper into the run would be the next performance step.
