Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Zoe Carruthers #2301 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast effort with a strong percentile finish Zoe covered 0.30 km in 1:44, averaging 5:52/km. She ranked 2,343rd of 5,624 overall, placing her in roughly the top 42% of the field. Among women, she was 779th, and she placed 169th in the female 3135 category. A notable stat: she passed 23 runners in the On Speed Zone, showing good turnover over this short segment. With this being a fast evening closed-road event through Canary Wharf, the key positive is clear speed over a brief distance. To build on this, maintaining that quick cadence over a longer stretch would be a useful next step.
