Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Pete Mortimore #2717 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Very short effort with quick pace over a brief distance Pete covered 0.30 km in 1:52, averaging 6:21/km. In a field of 5,624, he placed 223rd in the Male 3640 division and 1,555th among men. The recorded distance is far shorter than the featured 5K format, so this result reads as a very brief effort rather than a full race performance. On the numbers alone, the standout stat is the pace held across such a short segment. If this was intended as a full run, the main priority next time is making sure the full distance is captured so the result better reflects the effort. As part of the Friday Night Lights Canary Wharf setting, it still logs a sharp burst through the closed-road evening event.
