Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Andrew Heffernan #3371 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Short effort with very quick pace Andrew logged 0.30 km in 1:50, which works out to 6:13/km. He passed 37 runners during the On Speed Zone segment, a strong gain over a very short effort. Among 5,624 participants, he was 2,704th overall, 1,516th male, and 128th in the Male 4145 category. This was a brief segment rather than a full race distance, so the most useful stat is the speed: 6:13/km across 0.30 km. Passing 37 runners suggests good acceleration and race awareness in a fast evening event through Canary Wharf. For future efforts, holding that pace over a longer measured section would be a useful next step.
