Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Zahidul Haque #5956 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast opening over a short distance He covered 0.30 km in 2:22, averaging 8:00 min/km. That works out from the recorded 0.184 miles and 12:53 min/mile pace, converted to metric. In the standings, he was 3,784th overall out of 5,624, 1,844th of 2,531 men, and 490th in the mens 2630 category. This was a very short recorded effort rather than a full race-distance result, so the main takeaway is the early pace: 8:00 min/km across the opening 0.30 km. At an event known for its closed-road evening 5K through Canary Wharf, the useful next step would be extending that pace across a longer continuous distance to give a clearer benchmark.
