Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Cindy Nair #7799 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick, efficient effort with a strong age-group result Cindy covered 0.30 km in 2:06, averaging 7:07/km. She placed 109th in the Female 4145 division, 1,556th among women, and 3,526th overall out of 5,624 participants. This was a very short effort, so the key takeaway is speed from the start and holding that pace through the full segment. The age-group placing stands out most here. For future efforts over short distances, a small gain in early acceleration could help lower the overall pace further in fast city events like this closed-road Canary Wharf run.
