Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Jerome Loir #2640 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Very fast effort with strong age-group standing Jerome covered 0.30 km in 1:50, averaging 6:14/km. That is a short, sharp effort, and he placed 129th in the male 4145 category, 1518th among men, and 2710th overall out of 5624 participants. In a fast evening event through Canary Wharf, this result stands out most for the speed sustained over a brief distance. The key next step as a coach would be to pair that quick turnover with a longer sustained effort in future races, so the pace can be carried deeper into the run over a fuller distance.
