Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Nickie Ramsay #2822 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast Start with Strong Age-Group Standing Nickie covered 0.30 km in 1:51, averaging 6:17/km. She placed 126th in the female 3640 division, 1044th among women, and 2765th overall out of 5624 participants. That puts her around the middle of the full field, with a stronger position within her age group. This was part of the Canary Wharf Friday Night Lights atmosphere, a closed-road evening run known for quick legs and a social finish. For such a short effort, the key stat is how efficiently she got up to speed early. If she wants to sharpen this kind of performance further, focusing on faster acceleration and sustaining pace over the opening kilometre would be a useful next step.
