Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Rayman Lam #318 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Explosive pace in a very short effort Rayman covered 0.30 km in 1:19, which works out to 4:27/km. In a field of 5,624, he placed 675th overall, 421st among men, and 84th in the mens 3135 division. That position puts him well inside the top 12% overall. This was a brief, high-speed segment rather than a full-distance race effort, and the pace stands out most here. For this kind of short run, the key coaching takeaway is to keep sharpening acceleration and speed maintenance so that strong opening speed can be held smoothly across the full segment. As part of the Friday Night Lights Canary Wharf setting, it was a compact result with a strong ranking against a large field.
