Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Kay Hadley #5373 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast burst with strong age-group standing Kay covered 0.30 km in 1:54, averaging 6:26/km. She placed 70th in the female 4145 division, 1120th among women, and 2891st overall out of 5624 participants. That division result stands out most, especially in a large field. This was a very short effort, so the main takeaway is speed over a brief distance rather than pacing across longer segments. For future similar efforts, maintaining that quick turnover over a longer measured section would be a useful next target.
