Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Sammy Andrade #3239 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick Pace and Strong Age-Group Result Sammy covered 0.30 km in 1:42, averaging 5:44 min/km. She placed 40th in the female 4145 division, 701st among women, and 2192nd overall out of 5,624 participants. She also passed 22 runners in the On Speed Zone segment, a notable positive in a short effort. This was a brief, fast section rather than a full race distance, so the most useful markers are pace, positions, and passes made. The age-group placing stands out most here. With Run The Wharfs closed-road evening format through Canary Wharf, short bursts of speed matter, and her 22 passes suggest good acceleration. For future efforts, maintaining that same pace over a slightly longer distance would be a practical next target.
