Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Liv Ayres #3156 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick burst with standout speed-zone passing Liv covered 0.30 km in 1:56, averaging 6:32/km. A notable stat: she passed 22 runners in the On Speed Zone, showing strong short-distance urgency and good positioning over the segment. Among 5,624 participants, she placed 1,188th female and 374th in the female 2630 division. This Friday Night Lights race is built around a fast evening run through Canary Wharf, so short efforts reward quick acceleration and commitment from the start. For future similar segments, a little more focus on sustaining that early speed across the full distance could help improve overall placing.
