Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Lola Arole #3244 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick work rate with strong speed-zone output Lola covered 0.30 km in 2:04, averaging 6:59 min/km. She passed 13 runners in the On Speed Zone, a notable stat over a short effort. Among 5,624 participants, she placed 181 in the female 3640 division. Representing Tate & Lyle in London, she produced a compact, efficient run on the closed-road Canary Wharf course, part of an evening event known for its fast city setting and social atmosphere. The key marker here is clear: good turnover over 300 metres. To build on this, the next step would be holding that speed over a longer distance in training.
