Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Jenna Truscott #2046 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast 300m Effort with Strong Age-Group Result Jenna covered 0.30 km in 1:37, averaging 5:29 min/km. Thats a sharp pace for a short effort and placed her 50th in the female 3640 category. She was also 541st female and 1865th overall out of 5,624 participants. This was a very brief race segment, so the key stat is speed: 5:29 min/km over 0.30 km. In an event known for its evening city-centre atmosphere through Canary Wharf, that gave her a solid age-group showing. For future efforts at this distance, the focus is simply on sustaining that pace a little longer.
