Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Thomas White #4260 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Front-of-pack speed over a short effort Thomas covered 0.30 km in 1:02, averaging 3:32/km. Against a field of 5,624, he placed 116th overall, 32nd among men, and 11th in the mens 2630 division. That means he finished in roughly the top 2.1% overall and top 0.6 km of running at a sharp pace. This was a brief, high-speed effort, and the standout stat is the pace held from start to finish. On a fast evening event built around closed roads in Canary Wharf, that kind of short-distance speed is a clear strength. For future races, the next step would be turning this pace into sustained speed over a longer distance.
