Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Benjamin Epstein #735 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Very Short Effort at a Quick Early Pace Benjamin covered 0.30 km in 1:26, averaging 4:51/km. That is a brief, sharp effort rather than a full race-distance result, so the most useful takeaway is the speed shown over a very short segment. He placed 1,092 of 5,624 overall, 725th among men, and 97th in the mens 3640 division. At Run The Wharf, an evening closed-road event through Canary Wharf that is part of Friday Night Lights, this result points more to short-burst pace than sustained 5K performance. If this was an On Speed Zone segment, a next step would be holding that pace over a longer measured distance to better benchmark endurance alongside speed.
