Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Tommy King #2596 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Sharp Short-Distance Speed on the Night Tommy covered 0.30 km in 1:40, averaging 5:37/km. In a field of 5,624, he placed 218th in the male 1825 division and 1,257th among men. The effort was short, but the pace shows good turnover over a brief segment. This was part of Run The Wharfs evening Canary Wharf setting, built around fast running through closed roads in the financial district. For coaching focus, the key next step is extending that speed across a longer measured distance so the pace can be tested over a more complete effort.
