Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Sushant Sohey #4491 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast burst with strong speed-zone output He covered 0.30 km in 1:33, averaging 5:15/km. That works out to about 11.6 km/h, with 20 On Speed Zone passes recorded. Among 5,624 participants, he placed 187th in the mens 1825 division. This was a very short effort, so the key takeaway is how quickly he got up to pace. The speed-zone count stands out most here and suggests good turnover over the distance. For the next outing, holding that pace across a longer segment would be a useful benchmark. As part of Run The Wharfs Friday Night Lights setting in Canary Wharf, this effort fit the events quick, high-energy format well.
