Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Laura Humphreys #2533 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast segment with strong age-group standing Laura covered 0.30 km in 1:30, averaging 5:06/km. She passed 30 runners in the On Speed Zone, a notable gain over a short section. Among 5,624 participants, she placed 332nd female and 118th in the female 2630 category. This was part of Run The Wharf, the evening Canary Wharf closed-road 5K known for its fast city-centre setting. The standout stat here is her ability to move up 30 places in just 300 metres. To build on that, aim to hold that same speed over longer stretches in training so this finishing sharpness can translate into more gains across a full kilometre.
