Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Jacopo Lanni #1301 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick work over a short, sharp effort Jacopo covered 0.30 km in 1:25, averaging 4:49/km. That is a brief, high-speed segment rather than a full race-distance effort, and the pace stands out well. He placed 1033rd of 5624 overall, which puts him comfortably in the top half of the field, and 90th in the mens 3640 category. At Run The Wharfs evening Canary Wharf setup, this was a concise effort with strong speed on display. For future attempts at this kind of short segment, the main coaching focus would be sustaining that turnover a little longer over a greater distance, while keeping the same level of efficiency. The raw pace here is the most interesting stat.
