Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Emma Lynam #7856 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Elite speed zone efficiency with a top division result Emma covered 0.30 km in 1:16, averaging 4:19/km. She passed 16 runners in the speed zone, a strong return over such a short segment. Her result placed her 84th of 5,624 overall, 84th among women, and 13th in the female 3135 division. This was a sharp, efficient effort in a race known for fast evening running through Canary Wharf. The standout stat is the pace: holding 4:19/km across the timed section shows very good speed. From a coaching perspective, continuing to work on short-duration pace control and acceleration could help turn that strong passing count into even more gains.
