Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Julia Haak #2487 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick burst with strong age-group standing Julia covered 0.30 km in 1:54, averaging 6:24/km. Among 5,624 finishers, she placed 215th in the female 1825 division and 1,111th among women. That age-group result stands out more than the overall placing, especially in a large field. This was a very short effort, so the key takeaway is speed: holding 6:24/km over 0.30 km points to solid short-distance pace. In an event better known for its evening city atmosphere through Canary Wharf, this was a compact, efficient run. For future efforts, extending that pace over a longer distance would be a useful next benchmark.
