Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Matt Grogan #1203 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Explosive speed in a very short effort Matt covered 0.30 km in 1:26, averaging 4:52/km. He recorded 13 On Speed Zone passes, a notable stat in such a short effort, showing quick acceleration and strong top-end speed over the segment. Among 5,624 participants, he finished 1,107th overall, 735th of the men, and 215th in the mens 2630 division. This Friday Night Lights event is known for its fast evening format through Canary Wharf, and his numbers fit that style well. For future efforts, the main opportunity is extending that speed across a longer distance while holding a similar pace.
