Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Claire Haigh #3626 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick effort with a strong age-group result Claire covered 0.30 km in 2:00, averaging 6:46/km. Among 5,624 participants, she placed 27th in the Female 55+ division, 1,332nd among women, and 3,217th overall. That division placing stands out most, especially in a fast evening event through Canary Wharf. With such a short effort, the key marker here is pace: 6:46/km over 0.30 km. If building toward longer race segments, focusing on holding that speed across a full kilometre would be a useful next step.
